Description

A small ornamental Japanese maple Baldsmith is among the most popular of the newer dissectum varieties bearing orange-red spring foliage.

This becomes paler and green tinged in the centre with pink-tinged margins as they develop to produce a multi-coloured appearance through summer before turning a bright yellow with an orange hue in autumn.

A good companion plant that tolerates partial shade to full sun. Provide shelter in exposed windy locations.
