Description

An attractive native tree found in lowland forests from North Cape to Banks Peninsula.
It has attractive glossy dark green leaves and is naturally a single leader tree with a spreading canopy, making it an excellent specimen tree.

Titoki are OK with a wide range of light conditions, and will thrive in either full sun or partial shade.

It has bright red fruit capsules that split to reveal shiny black seeds.
